  • Research into pharmacological treatments: 
    • Anti-depressants, with a focus on mirtazapine 
    • Psychostimulants, specifically lisdexamfetamine and dexamfetamine 
    • Combination antidepressant and opioid antagonist therapy, specifically naltrexone-bupropion 
  • Research into psychosocial treatments, including CBT, motivational interviewing, contingency management, psychadelic-assisted psychotherapy and digital health interventions.
